Return Policy
We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, with attached tags, and have not been worn, washed, or altered. Returns must be initiated within 28 days from the purchase date. Kindly note that if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item to us. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the item to our facility. Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to verify its original condition. If the item is deemed to be in its original condition, we will process your refund accordingly.
Refund Policy
The full purchase price of the item will be refunded, excluding the original shipping fee, and credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you received a gift card as a present and wish to return an item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
